Upscale Crocs
My foot doc prescribed Crocs the Rx version and I have used since having an indoor and outdoor pair. They are comfortable and easy to wash but a bit ugly for wearing in public. So: Ihave found these which are not Rx but seem to have the same open forefoot area and as soft bubber sole as the Rx. They have some top slots for appearance and better breathing and velcro adjustable straps which improve fit and appearance. I now have 3 pair and intend to use these new ones for outdoor wear until I get freezing slush in them.

Layout Revision
One Saturday project was rearranging the living room. It's a challenging room because its square and two sides are dedicated to TV and fireplace. This change put Mother's office toward windows and opened way to kithen. Also employed one of two Iranian rugs bought 3 years ago but not used due to pattern. Other one is 9 by 12. Creates a nice focal point aaaand is actually a very long and dense yarn.

Illinois Cowbarn
Illinois was made up of 10 acre farms operated with strong backs, a horse and maybe a Model T. Those farms are now combined into 1000 acre cornfields worked from inside huge and comfortable John Deere tractors. In addition to corn and beans many farms maintained small herds of cows. The old cow barns are long abandoned ; allowed to weather and crumble. Today a few still stand as reminders of harder times. This one is majestic and beautiful as it sags and leans. It will be gone soon.
